Shiyo

I am glad to be the high school media coordinator!  My goal is to not only create a welcoming place for students to read, work on projects, or just relax but to offer programming that will encourage them to love reading and become lifelong learners.  I have worked at CCS since 1999, first as a 4th grade teacher and later as the elementary media coordinator.  I am proud of earning my Masters in Library Science from ECU (Go Pirates!) because I love being a librarian.  I also love spending time with my husband, Bo Taylor, and my two daughters, Salalisi and Watiyeli.
